There are two things in life that I am passionate about – helping sick kids get better and flying!

The RCH has been providing outstanding care for Victoria’s children and their families for over 140 years.

We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania and southern New South Wales. We also help kids from all around Australia in our role as the national centre for a number of vital specialist areas.

In my 35 years at the RCH, I’ve been fortunate to be able to deliver great care to thousands of patients and families in the Neuroscience Centre. Each one of those kids and families has helped me to become the paediatric neurologist I am today.

Just like the kids I have treated at the RCH since 1981, I am also now facing a significant challenge in flying solo around Australia. It’s minor compared to what most sick kids face every day, but it’s a challenge that I intend to embrace as we work towards an even brighter future for sick kids.

Please support me on this remarkable fundraising trip so together we can raise much needed funds for this great hospital.
