It was a busy day at Moorabbin Airport last week, as our partners from Telstra met with me to fit-out the Fly for the Kids plane with a high-tech camera system. Four cameras inside and outside the air plane will give a great view from the cockpit throughout my round-the-country journey, catching all the exciting moments. It’s all looking great and I was happy to give the meeting a big thumbs up!
Having a great partner like Telstra supporting Fly for the Kids means that I can share magic moments from the flight and stay in contact with ground support no matter where I am. I look forward sharing my journey with you and hope I inspire your support to make the Complex Movement Disorders Program at The Royal Children’s Hospital a reality.
Telstra has also generously provided a satellite phone and 4G equipment so I can be contactable throughout this once in a lifetime journey.
